Daily, duels, and friends need a free account. Quest and Zen play without one — sign in to save scores to the leaderboard. Friends find you by username (set once in Profile).

Find opponent searches for another signed-in player for 30 seconds. For a friend duel, send an invite from Friends; accepting starts the join, and the sender joins automatically from the menu.
Both players receive the same letters. Make 4+ letter words: 5–6 letters send junk, and 7+ lock opponent tiles for 10 seconds. Outlast the other board; higher score breaks a simultaneous fill or the five-minute limit. Duels keep running in menus. A dropped connection has 10 seconds to rejoin.

Bonus round: spawns and falls are much faster on the same board. Your stage score target is already met—score more words until the timer ends, then you will see the round summary. Board-loss rules are paused during Blitz.
