Public Findings (“Public Findings”, “we”, “us”) provides an online platform for exploratory public surveys and community discussion. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not professional advice
Content on the Service is for informational and exploratory purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Survey results are observational and may be biased or incomplete. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, safety, or legal rights.
Who runs the Service

Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when required.
User content
You retain rights to content you submit. By posting studies, responses, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service (including showing aggregated results and public discussion).
You are responsible for your content. Do not post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful material, or content that infringes others’ rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service—for example, by attempting to access non-public data, disrupt infrastructure, scrape in violation of our rules, or use the Service for spam or phishing.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Public Findings and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of fifty dollars (USD) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Public Findings against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
